 We do not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals from your account. However, please note that your bank or other financial intermediary may charge its own transaction processing fees.

You can fund your account through a variety of methods, including cryptocurrency, VISA or MasterCard credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

 

Withdrawal process

 

The withdrawal process is similar to the deposit process. You can withdraw funds using the same methods, as you did when depositing to your account.

 

The time needed to deposit funds

 

The time needed to credit the funds to your account depends on the method and payment system you have chosen. Wire transfers and card transactions can have individual processing times, so we recommend checking with your bank. In general, funds are usually credited within one business day, and often immediately after the manager's confirmation.

 

Minimum deposit amount

 

The minimum deposit amount is 250 euros, which is considered optimal for financial assets. It is possible to deposit as little as 10 euros, however, some trading platform options may not be available for such small deposits.

 

Cancellation of Withdrawal Requests

 

Withdrawal requests may only be canceled if they are pending and have not been approved by a manager.

 

Processing time of withdrawal requests

 

The processing time of withdrawal requests varies depending on the type of trading account. On average it may take up to 7 working days.

 

Minimal withdrawal sum

 

The minimum withdrawal amount for your trading account is 250 euros.

 

Denial of request

 

In some cases, the company may reject your withdrawal request if you do not meet the necessary conditions. Technical errors or incomplete verification may also lead to a temporary suspension of withdrawals. Some reasons for rejection include a withdrawal amount below the minimum limit, an unprofitable account, incomplete verification, or failure to submit a withdrawal request form with accurate information.

 

Lost data

 

If you have lost your personal information, the only change that can be made is to update your place of residence. Other personal information cannot be changed.

 

Activating your bonuses

 

To activate your account bonus system, you must deposit an amount of more than 250 euros into your trading account. In doing so, you will be entitled to bonuses and associated benefits.
